Yes. Managed IT clients on our Professional and Enterprise plans receive 24/7 emergency support with guaranteed response times. Non-contracted clients can access emergency support on a time-and-materials basis - subject to engineer availability.
We serve clients across India and can support remote teams nationwide through our remote management tools. For on-site support requirements, please contact us to discuss your location.
Response times vary by plan and issue severity. For critical issues on our Professional plan, we target a 1-hour remote response. For Enterprise clients, on-site SLAs are defined in the contract. All SLAs are documented, tracked, and reported on monthly.
We offer both monthly and annual contracts. Annual contracts attract a 15% discount. Contracts typically have a 30-day notice period for cancellation. We don't lock you into long-term agreements you're not happy with - we earn your business month after month.
Yes. Most issues are resolved remotely via our management tools, which is faster for your team. For issues requiring physical presence - hardware replacements, infrastructure work, or complex troubleshooting - we dispatch engineers to your site. On-site SLAs are included in Enterprise plans.
We manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth, disruption-free handover. Our team will conduct a full IT environment audit, document your assets and configurations, and establish monitoring and management tooling - all before your current provider steps away.
Yes. We support businesses with multiple offices across locations. Multi-site environments can be managed under a single contract and monitored from our centralised management platform. Contact us to discuss your specific topology.
We provide firewall design and management (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto), endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security awareness training, SIEM setup, and incident response. We also advise on ISO 27001 and other compliance frameworks.
If your business handles sensitive customer data, financial transactions, or healthcare information - or if you are pursuing ISO 27001, SOC 2, or RBI compliance - penetration testing is strongly recommended. We can advise on whether your organisation needs it and what scope is appropriate.

Yes. We support organisations through the technical implementation aspects of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and RBI/SEBI cybersecurity requirements. This includes gap assessments, control implementation, documentation support, and audit readiness reviews.
Cybersecurity costs depend on your environment, the tools required, and the scope of services. Basic security monitoring is included in our Professional managed IT plan. Advanced security stacks (firewall, EDR, SIEM) are part of our Enterprise offering. We can also provide project-based cybersecurity engagements. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Managed IT services are billed on a fixed monthly basis - the same amount every month, regardless of how many support tickets you raise. Invoices are raised at the start of each month. We accept bank transfers and online payments.
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date for monthly contracts. Annual contracts are invoiced upfront. For project work, we typically require a 50% advance and 50% on completion - the exact terms are agreed in writing before the project begins.
Hardware procurement, third-party software licences, and major infrastructure projects (e.g. new server deployments, office relocations) are outside the scope of managed IT plans. These are quoted separately as project work. Your monthly invoice will only ever include the agreed managed services fee.
Monthly contracts can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Annual contracts are non-refundable for the committed term but can be upgraded or expanded at any time. We work hard to make sure you never want to leave - but we believe in fair, transparent terms.
Yes - annual plans offer a 15% saving on the monthly rate. For example, the Professional plan at ?35,000/month becomes ?29,750/month when billed annually, saving ?63,000 per year. If you're confident in the arrangement, annual is the smarter financial choice.
e-Waste management is the responsible disposal and recycling of end-of-life electronic equipment - computers, servers, networking hardware, printers, UPS units, and more. SYSKROME is a certified e-Waste handler, ensuring your retired IT assets are disposed of legally, securely, and in line with India's e-Waste Management Rules.
Yes. All data-bearing devices (hard drives, SSDs, flash storage) are either securely wiped to DoD standards or physically destroyed before disposal. We provide a Certificate of Data Destruction for each device, which can be used for audit and compliance purposes.
We accept desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, printers, scanners, monitors, UPS units, keyboards, mice, cables, and other IT peripherals. We do not accept large domestic appliances or hazardous non-IT waste. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
Contact us via phone, email, or the contact form on our website. Let us know the quantity and type of equipment. We'll confirm a pickup date, arrange logistics, and provide you with a manifest listing all items collected. After processing, you'll receive your Certificate of Disposal and data destruction documentation.
